Pinnacle is releasing a limited number of blocks early. This is your opportunity to secure a block prior to release to the open market. Please be prepared with your details, lot preference, and solicitor details (if already decided). Buyers with cash or pre-approved finance will be given priority.
Price guide:
In stage 3, offers will be considered over $279,000
In stage 4, offers will be considered over $325,000
In stage 5, offers will be considered over $495,000
If you submit an EOI you will:

Be notified by Pinnacle within 10 business days of the outcome of your application.
Be required to submit an initial $5000 deposit if you are successful in securing a block. (This initial deposit forms part of the Land Contract price and is held in a nominated Trust Account.)
Need to ensure that all details submitted on this form are correct as they will be inserted into the Land and Building Contract. Contracts will be prepared for signing within 14 days and will be sent to your solicitor (or yourself) for signing.
Be required to pay the deposit balance of $10,000 at signing of the contract ($15,000 total). The whole deposit will be held in trust until settlement. The balance of the purchase price will be payable 14 days after registration of title.
